Join Our Team as a Building Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Services Assistant to join our team at urbanbubble. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury development, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of maintenance and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular building inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance issues and take prompt action to resolve them.
  • Manage access control systems, locks, and security measures to ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all property lighting and heating systems, lifts, car parks, doors, windows, and bin stores.
  • Coordinate the refuse process, including rotating bins and presenting them for collection on designated days.
  • Perform ad hoc maintenance tasks as agreed with the Building Services Manager or General Manager.
  • Communicate with the company regarding any additional works required at the location.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
