Building Services Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and resourceful individual to join our team as a Building Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective operation of site services, including security, porterage, grounds maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and maintenance of the building and site
- Provide porterage and grounds maintenance services
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Contribute to a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible, with good DIY skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and pupils. The successful candidate will be a team-player who shares our commitment to the success and wellbeing of our young people.
This role is subject to all necessary pre-employment checks, including enhanced DBS, medical fitness, and online searches. The successful candidate will not hold a Birmingham City Council Contract of Employment.
