We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Allocations team within Housing Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of properties and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and maintain computerised databases to ensure timely allocation of properties
  • Deal with enquiries from the void contractor and other services involved in the void process
  • Provide advice and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
