Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? We're seeking an Autism Support Specialist to join our team in Worksop, where you'll have the opportunity to support autistic individuals with various activities and encourage independent living skills.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £12.08 an hour, with excellent career progression opportunities. Overtime is also available at other services at £13 an hour. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship.

This role promises variety and rewards, as no two days are ever the same. You'll be supporting autistic individuals by providing holistic support, including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community, and managing their anxieties.

No experience is necessary, as full training is provided. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, who shares our values, and who we can work with to develop their skills.

If you have experience as a support worker, care assistant, nursery assistant, or personal care assistant, or have worked in the NHS, healthcare, or social care, this position will be suited to you.

We have full-time, part-time, and casual relief positions available. Our support is 24/7, with a rolling rota that includes a variety of shifts - early, lates, sleep-ins, weekends, bank holidays, and flexible shift patterns.
