Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Autismo East Midlands. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals with various activities, promoting independent living skills, and providing holistic support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support autistic individuals with daily activities, such as personal care and medication administration
- Encourage independent living skills and promote community integration
- Manage anxieties and provide emotional support to individuals
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.08
- Excellent career progression opportunities
- Overtime available at other services at £13 per hour
- Full training provided for those new to the field
- Flexible shift patterns, including early, late, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 days)
