Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and availability of products.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on revenue, expenses, and profits.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of our business.
- Event Planning: Oversee event planning and coordination for private parties and special events in our semi-private area.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef and bar team to maintain and innovate the menu, ensuring a balance between Italian and Spanish cuisine alongside an exceptional beverage program.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Leadership and Team-Building: Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Restaurant Management: Excellent understanding of restaurant/bar management, food and beverage service, and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Health and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary Knowledge: Experience with Wines, Cocktails and Italian cuisine and beverage programs.
- Event Management: Familiarity with event management and catering for private functions.
