Job Title: Client Services Administrator


We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Client Services Administrator to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Greeting and Support: Provide exceptional face-to-face support to clients and visitors, ensuring colleagues are informed of their arrival.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Book appointments, take messages, and promptly respond to phone calls via Microsoft Teams, maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Enquiry Management: Efficiently manage the enquiries email inbox, routing queries to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring all resources are replenished and available for use.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
