About the Role

We are seeking a talented solicitor to join our partner-led wills and probate team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to work with complex estates, often with international elements, and provide expert legal and tax advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on wills, trusts, and wealth management
  • Assist with drafting and executing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
  • Work with clients to plan for their future, including succession planning and wealth management
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a full range of legal and tax expertise to clients
About You

We are looking for individuals with a passion for estate planning work and a proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning
  • Experience working on high-value complex case matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
