Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on, drafting and executing wills to ensure clients' wishes are respected.
  • Setting up and administering trusts to manage assets for specific individuals or purposes.
  • Providing expert advice on investments and wealth-holding structures to optimize clients' financial situations.
  • Assisting with succession planning to ensure clients' businesses continue to thrive.

About You

We are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with a passion for estate planning work and a proven track record of working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals.

Requirements

  • Ability to take instructions from clients and provide sound legal advice.
  • Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
  • Ability to manage own caseloads while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and seamless service.
  • Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  • Demonstratable technical experience gained within estate planning, specifically across wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts.
  • Aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships.
