Your Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be joining our Partner Anne McCann's team, specifically our estate planning division. The team focuses on ensuring our clients' wealth is protected for them and their families, and by structuring assets in a tax-efficient way, we ensure everyone is provided for in the future.

We offer the full range of legal and tax expertise clients need to help plan effectively for their future, and we are experienced in dealing with complex estates, often with international elements.

About You

We are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive who has a passion for estate planning work and proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals.

  • The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice;
  • Demonstrable technical experience gained within estate planning, specifically across wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
