Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our Complex Care Division in the South Kent area. As a Senior Carer, you will work on a 1-1 basis with clients who require support with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and long-term disabilities. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, their families, and the regular care team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators, and seizure management. A full UK driving license and access to a car are also essential. We offer a competitive rate of pay, paid mileage, and a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and long-term disabilities.
  • Working on a 1-1 basis with clients and building relationships with their families and the regular care team.
  • Providing support with PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators, and seizure management.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators, and seizure management.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality care to clients.
