The key responsibilities of this EA role include:

  1. Sourcing and managing suppliers, as well as processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
  2. Supporting charitable initiatives and managing administrative tasks related to a trust.
  3. Undertaking occasional travel and providing real estate support, alongside ad-hoc event planning duties.
  4. Overseeing office maintenance and serving as the primary point of contact for the landlord.
  5. Offering operational support and acting as backup during holidays or leave.
  6. Utilizing financial acumen and proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite to drive success.
  7. Dedicated to supporting the founders and team members in their daily roles.
