Join us as a Team Assistant/EA in our Central London office and play a key role in providing administrative support to our Directors. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in diary management, expenses management, HR administration, and IT support onboarding.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for supporting with marketing activities, such as event planning and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for up to 40 meetings a week
  • Supporting with marketing activities
  • Expenses management
  • HR administration
  • IT support onboarding

What We Offer:

  • Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Two days working from home
  • Yearly performance bonus
  • Working hours: 8.30am-6pm
