Holiday EA Position in Finance

We are currently looking for a Holiday EA to support our Finance team at Angela Mortimer Plc - International Division in Green Park. This is a temporary, three week position requiring a high level of proficiency in diary management and administration. The hourly rate for this role is between £25 and £28.

Responsibilities
  1. Arranging meetings and events, including both physical and virtual sessions
  2. Booking corporate events such as breakfasts, lunches and dinners
  3. Managing expense reports on behalf of senior team members
  4. Welcoming office visitors and providing assistance
  5. Overseeing office stationery supplies and placing orders when necessary
  6. Reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities team

A strong understanding of Outlook and ability to commit to the full duration of the contract are essential requirements for this role.

Working Arrangements

This role involves working an eight hour day, Monday to Friday, with a short handover period before starting.
