We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Elite Employment Dorset Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial strategy and operations of our business, ensuring effective financial management and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the business' budget and ensure it is balanced, realistic, and represents an effective use of all funds.
- Monitor the budget all year round, advising the Director where revisions or changes are needed.
- Comply with financial reporting requirements and submit statutory returns.
- Oversee business bank accounts on a day-to-day basis, ensuring money is banked, invoices are paid promptly, money owed is collected, and clear records are kept.
- Lead on procurement processes, managing tenders where appropriate, conducting due diligence, benchmarking and evaluating suppliers, negotiating deals and ensuring value for money.
- Proven experience in financial management and administration.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £50K-60K DOE.
