Job Title: Receptionist

Are you a highly organized and communicative individual with experience in a front-of-house role? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations?

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Morgan Spencer, a leading Business Services recruitment consultancy in London. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a busy switchboard, receiving and directing calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a smooth and courteous experience
  • Manage the client lounge, including serving refreshments and maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Support with technology, including setting up and clearing rooms in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar front-of-house role within a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to work on a busy switchboard and manage meeting rooms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
