About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Evening Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Oxford. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their end-of-day routines, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the evening and overnight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with preparing a fresh meal and administering medication
  • Assist with light home help tasks, personal care needs, and ensuring clients are well and safe for the evening/overnight
  • Build relationships with regular clients and provide visits of a minimum of 1 hour each time

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.75 during the week and £13.75 over the weekend
  • £25.50 per hour on a weekend
  • Paid mileage and travel time between clients
  • Full induction training and a mentor once you start visiting clients

Requirements

  • Aged 18 or over
  • Ability to work an alternate weekend
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired)
