Power Engineering Lead

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in high-power and medium-voltage power systems. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
About the Job:
- You will oversee the verification and validation of the power system through compatibility testing of equipment and power system analysis.
- You will be part of a wider multidisciplinary electrical team responsible for delivering a high-integrity electrical power system.
- You will have the opportunity to attend the test site in Leicester and may be eligible for relocation support packages across all Submarines roles.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in electrical or power engineering.
- Knowledge of high power and medium voltage power systems and distributions.
- Knowledge of compatibility testing of electrical equipment and power electronics.
