Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team at CurrentBody.

  • We are looking for Customer Service Advisors with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to respond to customer queries via various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates to their accounts.
  • Developing product knowledge to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer queries and obtain necessary information.
  • Providing online support through live text chat with on-site visitors.
  • Coordinating logistics and deliveries to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Processing transactions using various payment systems.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Excellent IT skills and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an asset.

Working Hours:

  • We operate a rotational shift pattern, with one weekend shift every three weeks.
  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, with occasional longer shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • Some weekend shifts may require working from home, with flexible arrangements made to accommodate this.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 33 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
