About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Advisor to join our People Team on an 18-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our leaders to drive employee engagement and performance.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance and support to leaders across the business, helping them to improve leadership and management capability. You will also manage multiple Employee Relation cases from inception to resolution, providing professional and comprehensive ER guidance and support.

Other key responsibilities will include working closely with our People Partners and other HR advisors to support a varied client base, as well as contributing to the Talent and Engagement agenda and managing the Trade Union relationship.

About You

We are looking for a level 5 CIPD qualified professional with significant generalist experience and proven demonstrable experience of managing complex ER cases. You will be a natural communicator with the ability to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders.

You will also have commercial acumen and a good knowledge of key trends in the world of HR, with the ability to assert yourself with confidence and challenge senior leaders.
