About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Advisor to join our People Team on an 18-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our leaders to drive employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to leaders across the business
  • Manage complex Employee Relations cases from inception to resolution
  • Collaborate with our People Partners and other advisors to deliver a full spectrum of HR services
  • Contribute to the development of our Talent and Engagement agenda
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
