About the Role
Transputec is a leading Information Technology Services and Solutions company with a rich history of innovation and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for analyzing employee training needs, advising on training programs, and designing and delivering employee training plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute learning plans and programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement various learning methods, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training, to support employee development.
- Assess the success of development plans and provide feedback to employees to help them make the most of learning opportunities.
- Work with managers to develop their team members through career pathing and provide guidance on employee development.
- Coordinate activities related to virtual instructor-led, in-person, and blended learning interventions.
- Manage e-learning platforms and ensure seamless delivery of online training programs.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an L&D Professional, training specialist, or similar.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, Teaching qualification, or any related field would be an asset.
