Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Manager to lead our Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Analysts in designing, developing, and implementing salesforce solutions that align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Analysts to foster a collaborative team environment.
    • Establish goals and project milestones and provide continuous feedback to team members.
  • Platform Management
    • Oversee the design, deployment, and customization of the platform.
    • Manage the customization of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex Code.
  • Business Alignment
    • Run a CAB (change advisory board) within the business to ensure all changes and developments in the platform are aligned with our business goals.
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and new features.
  • Project Management
    • Manage the lifecycle of all related projects, including larger projects with supporting third parties.
    • Work with wider development teams to drive business transformation.
  • Integration and Collaboration
    • Lead the integration with our global ERM system (SAP) and other business-specific applications.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Extensive experience of managing a Salesforce Development team.
    • Experience with integration platforms and developing a system in line with validation regulations.
    • Experience implementing Salesforce in large organizations.
  • Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
