Job Description

Salesforce Platform Lead

The People Network is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Lead to spearhead the implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs of our dynamic, global healthcare organisation.

You will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable results.

To be considered, you will have/be:

  • Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team
  • Experience with integration platforms and developing a system in line with validation regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand the business needs
  • Hands-on experience is beneficial with an understanding of integrations
  • Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisations is beneficial

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Developers, Administrators, and Analysts to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be visible in the business, therefore, you will need to be able to travel to our office location as required.

In terms of package on offer, you can expect a salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, as well as a fantastic benefits package including a generous car allowance and annual bonus.
