Job Description

Salesforce Platform Lead

Fynity is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

You will work closely with our stakeholders to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable results. To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing a Salesforce development team, as well as experience with integration platforms and developing systems in line with validation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and change
  • Enhance user experience and deliver measurable results
  • Manage a team of Salesforce developers
  • Develop systems in line with validation regulations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing a Salesforce development team
  • Experience with integration platforms and developing systems in line with validation regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand business needs
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  • Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisations

What We Offer:

Fynity offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, as well as a fantastic benefits package including a generous car allowance and annual bonus.
