Salesforce Platform Lead

This dynamic, global healthcare organisation is seeking a strong Salesforce Platform Lead to lead a team of Developers, Administrators and Analysts in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a Salesforce Development team to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and implement integration platforms and systems in line with validation regulations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive innovation and change
- Collaborate with the business to enhance user experience and measurable results
- Implement Salesforce in large organisations, leveraging hands-on experience and understanding of integrations
As a Salesforce Platform Lead, you will be a visible presence in the business, requiring travel to Runcorn and the ability to get to the office as needed. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, depending on experience, along with a fantastic benefits package, including a generous car allowance and annual bonus.
