Salesforce Platform Lead

Fynity is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Developers, Administrators, and Analysts to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable results. To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team, experience with integration platforms, and the ability to build strong relationships and understand business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Developers, Administrators, and Analysts to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable results
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement Salesforce integration solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team
  • Experience with integration platforms and developing systems in line with validation regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand business needs
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and implementation
  • Experience implementing Salesforce in large organizations is beneficial

What We Offer:

Fynity offers a competitive salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, as well as a fantastic benefits package including a generous car allowance and annual bonus.
