Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Development Manager to lead our Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Analysts in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and customization of the platform, managing the lifecycle of related projects, and leading the integration with our global Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) system and other business-specific applications.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment and providing continuous feedback to team members.
- Project Management: Establish goals and project milestones, oversee the design, deployment, and customization of the platform, and manage the lifecycle of related projects.
- Integration and Customization: Manage the customization of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex Code, and lead the integration with our global ERM system and other business-specific applications.
- Change Advisory Board (CAB): Run a CAB within the business to ensure all changes and developments in the platform are aligned with our business goals.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and new features, staying informed of new rollout features the platform will offer the business long term.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with wider development teams to drive business transformation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience: Extensive experience of managing a Salesforce Development team, experience with integration platforms, and developing a system in line with Validation regulations.
- Qualifications: Experience implementing Salesforce in large organizations.
