About the Role

Fresenius Kabi UK is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Development Manager to lead our Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Analysts in designing, developing, and implementing salesforce solutions that align with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Analysts to foster a collaborative team environment.
Establish goals and project milestones, providing continuous feedback to team members.
Oversee the design, deployment, and customization of the platform.
Manage the customization of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex Code.
Run a CAB (change advisory board) within the business to ensure all changes and developments in the platform are aligned with the business goals.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and new features and to keep well-informed of the new rollout features the platform will offer the business long term.
Manage the lifecycle of all related projects, including larger projects (with supporting third parties) and working with wider development teams to drive business transformation.
Lead the integration with our global ERM system (SAP) and other business-specific applications.

Requirements

Experience of managing a Salesforce Development team.
Proven experience implementing Salesforce in large organizations.
