Salesforce Platform Manager Job Description

Fynity is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and integration with other business applications
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders from across the business to understand their requirements, drive innovation, and drive results
  • Manage the lifecycle of all related projects, lead the integration efforts into other applications, and establish and enforce governance standards for the platform
  • Mentor and manage a team of Developers, Administrators, and Analysts

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing a Salesforce team (ideally Developers or Engineers)
  • Experience with integration platforms, ideally MuleSoft
  • Solid experience of managing or overseeing the implementation of Salesforce into a large business
  • Hands-on skills in Salesforce Development and (ideally with a certification such as Platform Developer I)
  • Good knowledge of deployment and backup tools such as Gearset and OwnBackup

What We Offer:

  • A salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
