We are a leading provider of Therapeutic Children's Home services across the UK, seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable young people, preferably in a residential setting. The role offers a fully funded industry-accredited training programme, which includes specialist training in managing behaviours such as Trauma, Sexual Exploitation, and Attachment Disorders, alongside a Diploma Level 3 Residential Childcare.

A starting salary of £23,000 per annum is offered for this full-time contract position. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide paid DBS fees, industry-leading training and management development programme up to Level 5 Leadership and Management, ongoing progression opportunities, pension, maternity, and paternity benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional, physical, and developmental support to children in a therapeutic residential environment
