Purchasing Ledger Clerk

Edwards & Pearce is currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our business.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our purchasing ledger, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial tasks as required. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our financial processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Salary:
£42,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need 10 years of experience in accounts or finance, preferably in construction. Your proficiency in using financial software, such as Evolution, will be crucial in performing daily accounting tasks. Furthermore, you must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, as you will manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
