Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Financial Assistant to support our finance team in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include inputting invoices into Evolution, coding to nominal and contracts, preparing purchase ledger payments due, checking statements and making payments. The successful candidate will also communicate effectively with site managers and staff, as well as perform general administrative tasks.
Salary:
£38,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need 10 years of experience in accounts or finance, preferably in construction. You should also be IT literate with Microsoft Office skills and have excellent customer service skills.
