About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at GSL Education - London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with SEMH needs and will be able to provide one-on-one and small group support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, including implementing individual education plans and behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with therapists and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
