As a Senior Manager at Capital One, you will lead our Performance Marketing team in driving profitable business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your expertise in performance marketing will be essential in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.



About the Role


  • Lead the Performance Marketing team in driving business growth through data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Research, and Design, to deliver business outcomes
  • Manage relationships with key digital partners, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies
  • Lead the development of a high-performance culture within the Performance Marketing team


Requirements


  • Significant experience in managing and growing in-house performance marketing teams in high-volume B2C businesses
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth through performance marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Experience managing and building relationships with key digital partners
  • Ability to balance daily operational rigour with strategic direction
  • Strong understanding of the full performance media mix, including PPC, SEO, display, paid social, VOD, and direct mail
  • Experience in financial services or similar industries, with a preference for credit and lending experience
