General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our luxury lodge resort, nestled in the grounds of Chester Zoo.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality operations and trends
