Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Chester showroom and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full customer experience, coaching and leading the sales team, and championing our company values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer experience, including engagement, qualification, and deal closing
  • Coach, lead, and develop the sales team to drive sales and KPIs
  • Be a brand ambassador and champion our company values
  • Develop a succession plan for the business and create sales superstars
  • Conduct daily team briefs to keep staff up to date with company procedures and new information
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in people management within a big box or high-ticket priced items
  • Demonstrate sales management skills through performance management, coaching, and developing
  • Show a track record of hitting and smashing targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional leadership skills, drive, resilience, and a high emphasis on the customer journey
  • Strong P&L accountability
