General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar industry or role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. You will be a natural leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate strategy into day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and be accountable for the performance of the Logistics Department, Finance Department, and Sales Department.
- Take ownership of all day-to-day activities to ensure service levels and gross margins are in line with Company KPIs.
- Manage the budget in line with forecast, manage team performance, including recruitment, induction, and training.
- Monitor and manage activities of the sales team to ensure continued growth in line with the business plan.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar industry or role.
- Proven leadership credentials, including experience of leading and developing a small team.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Effective communicator and negotiator.
- Resilient and able to operate under pressure.
