About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse specialising in mental health, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care, developing tailored care plans, and carrying out a variety of clinical tasks.
We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a passion for delivering person-centred, thoughtful care. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
