About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will use your expertise to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse specialising in mental health, you will be responsible for providing in-depth expertise to our team, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. Your duties will include developing tailored care plans, carrying out clinical tasks, and making sure new residents settle in smoothly.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
