Job Title: Registered Nurse (Mental Health)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team on a bank basis. As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of mental health nursing principles and practices. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents, developing and implementing individual care plans, and providing emotional support and guidance to those in your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individual care plans
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.

Person Specification
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia
