Nurse Specialist

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at Barchester Healthcare, you will utilize your expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. You will provide in-depth knowledge of mental health to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring new residents settle in comfortably and developing tailored care plans
- Carrying out various clinical tasks
- Providing expertise on mental health to the care team
About You
To join our team as a Registered Nurse (RMN), you must have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes person-centered, thoughtful care.
