Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your expertise in mental health will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
- Carry out a range of clinical tasks, including assessments and interventions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and training to colleagues on mental health best practices
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes person-centered care and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
