About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our Structures team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading structural engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structural engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements
  • Chartered engineer with at least 4 years' post-graduate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, materials, and relevant codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Degree in structural or civil engineering.
