Job Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Nurse to join our District Nursing Team in North Trafford. As part of our team, you will be required to work as part of our District Nursing Service to provide complex care to adults in their own home and in a variety of settings within the Community.
Main Responsibilities
You will work closely with GP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure that patient care is effectively coordinated, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients. You will also have the opportunity to develop new and existing clinical skills as well as a range of training opportunities for personal development.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Requirements
- Full driving Licence and car owner
- NMC register adult nursing
- First level registration
- Registered Nurse
- Experience of working on own and as part of a team
- Ability to supervise and support junior staff
- Evidence of teaching and assessing skills/ability
