Accommodation Director Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Director to lead our Ofsted registered service in the UK.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and a passion for working with young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective operation, management, and development of the service, ensuring excellent standards in all aspects of resident care, safeguarding, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management and development of the Ofsted registered service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote high-quality care, support, and guidance to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Qualified Registered Manager with a degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and leading change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.

Location

This role is based in the UK, with regular travel required to various locations throughout the country.
