Care Home Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Leadership Team Member to join our team as a Residential Care Service Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of our residential care service for young people aged 16 years and above. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

GreenLeaf Homes Ltd is a reputable provider of supported accommodation services for young people with learning disabilities and special needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments tailored to each young person's individual needs and goals.
- Overseeing the provision of person-centred care, support, and guidance to promote well-being and independence.
- Facilitating young people's access to educational, vocational, and recreational opportunities to support their personal development.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in leadership and management within the childcare sector within the last 5 years.
- Substantial experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting for young people, preferably with experience in Ofsted registered services.
- NVQ Level 5 in management or willingness to work towards this.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Bonus Scheme:
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a bonus scheme based on performance and individual targets.
