Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

Role Overview
The Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead will support the Head of Talent & Assessment in developing an Executive Assessment strategy that enables the next chapter of Lloyds Banking Group's transformation journey.
This role will involve working closely with colleagues to implement the strategy, ensuring it is future-proof and enhances hiring and development assessment services.
Key responsibilities include project managing parts of the Executive Assessment Service offering for the Top 300, supervising People & Places colleagues, and ensuring Executive Assessment Data is stored and processed within the Group's Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks.
The successful candidate will have a BPS-accredited occupational psychologist background, preferably with executive coaching experience and a consultancy skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Executive Assessment strategy
