About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our dynamic team at the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients with diverse medical and podiatric conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and communicating complex information to patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities
Participate in new patient assessment clinics, routine clinics, ulcer clinics, and nail surgery, with opportunities to shadow specialist musculoskeletal podiatrists and diabetic foot specialists. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. Develop and maintain accurate documentation, prioritize workload effectively, and respond to telephone calls providing information and support to callers.

Requirements
Diploma/degree in Podiatry, HCPC registration, experience working in the NHS with high-risk feet, evidence of continuing professional development (CPD). A car driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are also essential. We value candidates with desirable qualifications, such as Irmer certification, Diabetic Foot Module, Vascular Module, Supplementary Prescriber, or Independent Prescriber status.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £41,683-£50,744 per annum, depending on experience.
