About the Job

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pension Implementation Analyst to join our Capita Pension Solutions (CPS) team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile pension projects and contribute to the success of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills and an analytical approach to problem resolution, as well as excellent technical pensions knowledge in Defined Benefit schemes and legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage client implementation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Mentor, develop, and coach Implementation Analysts to achieve their full potential.
  3. Assist in project management activities, including risk identification and mitigation.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
